Sri Vinayaka Financial Services is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales and Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
