What the job involves

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude
