Business Development Executive

Looking for a Business Development Executive role in Sector 106 - Gurgaon, Delhi? Srishti Realtech is hiring now. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Lead Generation: Find And Qualify New Clients Through Various Channels. Client Advisement: Provide Professional Advice On Market Conditions, Property Values, And The Buying/Selling/Leasing Process. Property Showcasing: Organize And Conduct Property Viewings And Open Houses For Prospective Buyers. Negotiation And Closing: Negotiate Terms And Clos. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: CRM, Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Lead generation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and confident
