Srsb Workforce Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Collections Executive in Hebbal, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Outbound, Telugu
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A persuasive, ethical attitude

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
