Srsb Workforce Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Collections Team Leader to join its team in Peenya, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. There are 3 open positions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada and Outbound
• Good English

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
