A Collection Executive Manages Overdue Accounts, Contacts Customers To Negotiate Payment Plans, And Recovers Outstanding Debts To Meet Company Financial Targets. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining Accurate Records, Resolving Payment Disputes, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulations. They Work Byfield, Phone Or Email To Maintain Cash Flow. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Compliance, Customer acquisition, Financial products, KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
