Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professionalism. No Computer Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken
