*Role Summarythe Executive Assistant (Ea) Acts As The Managing Directors (Mds) Voice And Execution Engine Across Both Businesses. The Ea Is Responsible For Capturing Every Task, Tracking And Following Up Till Closure, Handling Calls, Conducting Research (Using Internet And Ai Tools), And Ensuring That The Mds Instructions And Decisions Are Imp. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
