Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

What we are looking for

• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, International and Outbound
