We Are Hiring For Escalation Calls And Customer Service Role Day Shift 30K Ctc. Type : Inbound | Languages : Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
