Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Internet Surfing
• Skills Needed: Tally, Email, Computer

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
