Job Description: Accountant Cum Billing Operator / Data Entry Operator. We Need A Detail-Oriented Person To Handle Daily Billing And Data Entry Work For Our Fastener Manufacturing Business.Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Sales/Purchase Invoices In Tally/Busy Software - Manage Gst Billing, E-Way Bills, And Maintain Billing Records - Daily Entry Of Purchase, Sales & Manage Stock In Software - Handle Stock Data Entry And Tally With Physical Inventory - Coordinate With Sales & Dispatch Team For Billing Queries - Maintain Office Files, Vouchers & Accounting Documents . 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Tally, Computer

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
