Standard Petro India Private Limited is looking for an Office Admin to join its team in Vaishali Nagar, Indore. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping and MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
