Position Title Homloan Executive We Are Seeking A Dynamic And Results-Driven Loan Executive To Join Our Growing Lending Agency. In This Role, You Will Guide Clients Through The Entire Loan Lifecyclefrom Initial Inquiry And Application Submission To Underwriting Support And Final Disbursement. You Will Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact,Coldcall. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, English

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada, Sales, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
