Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Telugu, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Telugu, Hindi
• You are persuasive and ethical
