What the job involves

As a Customer Care Specialist, your work will include:

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Complaint handling, CRM tools and Hindi and English
• Female Only
• Good English
