We Are Seeking A Skilled Cnc / Vmc Machine Operator (Programming) To Join Our Manufacturing Team In Talawade. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Operating Cnc/Vmc Machines, Developing And Modifying Machine Programs, And Ensuring Quality Production While Maintaining Safety And Efficiency. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Cnc Machine Operator, your work will include:

• Support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor
• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records
• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of 5S, Preventive maintenance, Safety norms and Reading drawings
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are disciplined and hard-working
