Enter And Update Data In Erp, Excel, And Company Systems. Prepare, Verify, Scan, File, And Maintain Physical/Digital Documents. Ensure Data Accuracy, Confidentiality, Proper Records, Backups, And Timely Reports. Coordinate With Departments, Track Pending Documents, Support Audits, And Perform Assigned Documentation Tasks. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word | Skills Needed : Email

Your responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Skills Needed: Email
• You are well spoken and dependable

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
