Hiring Sales Team Leader.Responsible For Team Handling, Daily & Monthly Sales Target Tracking, Lead Follow-Up, Staff Performance Monitoring, Discipline, Daily Reporting And Coordination With Management.Minimum 6 Month Sales Team Handling Experience Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: CRM, Target achievement, Negotiation, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and persuasive
