Stone Tech is looking for a Process Coordinator to join its team in Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

1)Coordinate And Monitor Day-To-Day Operational Processes.2) Follow Up With Different Departments To Ensure Timely Completion Of Assigned Tasks.3) Maintain Process Records, Reports, And Documentation.4) Coordinate Between Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Hr, And Other Departments.5) Identify Process Delays Or Gaps And Communicate Them. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
