Key Responsibilities:- Lead And Manage The Reservations Team To Ensure Efficient, Accurate, And High-Quality Booking Processes.- Oversee All Reservation Inquiries Via Phone, Email, Website, Otas, And Other Channels.- Handle Complex Guest Requests, Group Bookings, Corporate Inquiries, And Special Requirements.- Coordinate Closely With Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Activities, And Management Teams To Confirm Availability And Deliver Outstanding Service.- Monitor Booking Trends, Occupancy Rates, And Revenue Opportunities Implement Strategies To Maximize Reservations.- Resolve Guest Complaints Or Issues Related To Bookings Promptly And Professionally.- Maintain Accurate Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month.

Eligibility

• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
