Key Responsibilities Include Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls In Fluent Malayalam And Kannada, Resolving Customer Queries Efficiently, Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction, Logging Interaction Details Accurately Into The Crm System, And Escalating Unresolved Issues To Relevant Internal Teams. Key responsibilities

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound, Kannada and Malayalam
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
