The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Assisting Students And Their Families In Understanding And Applying For Education Loans, Ensuring Compliance With Policies, And Providing End-To-End Loan Processing Support. Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Sales, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
