We Are Looking For A Customer Service Executive To Manage Client Servicing For Our Stock Broking And Insurance Advisory Business. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Assisting Clients With Account-Related Queries, Supporting Investment Transactions, Coordinating With Operations Teams, And Ensuring A Smooth Client Experience. Basic Excel, Manage Operations

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Manage Operations
• Basic English

Key responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
