Day-to-day work

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Ms Cit, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• > 30 WPM Typing Speed, MS Power Point, MS Word, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: MS CIT
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,500 per month.
