Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• A dependable, organised attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
