A Collection Executive Manages Overdue Accounts By Negotiating With Customers To Secure Timely Payments, Thereby Minimizing Company Losses. They Are Responsible For Contacting Debtors Via Telephone, Email, Or Field Visits, Maintaining Accurate Records, Resolving Billing Disputes, And Strictly Adhering To Ethical, Legal, And Company Regulatory Guide. Languages : Kannada, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: English, Kannada
• Basic English

Salary and benefits
