A Collection Executive Is Responsible For Recovering Outstanding Debts And Overdue Payments From Individuals Or Businesses. They Contact Debtors, Negotiate Feasible Repayment Plans, Resolve Billing Disputes, And Maintain Accurate Account Records, All While Adhering Strictly To Legal And Company Compliance Guidelines. Languages : English, Kannada

Skills and qualifications

Day-to-day work

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
