Real Estate Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Candidate Must Be From Real Estate Background. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and organised
