Super Knit Industries (Navalkishore Gopal Saraf) is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
