Commerce Graduates With Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivables (Collections) & Reconciliation, Responsible For Receivables (Collections) Of Customers. Good Knowledge In Payment Follow Up, Sending Professional Mails For Follow-Up And Reminders For Pending Payments. Escalating To Reporting Manager In Case Of Non-Response From Custom. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound

Your responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
