Supreme Hydraulics has an opening for a Billing Executive based in Peelamedu, Coimbatore. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: GST, Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, accurate attitude
