We Are Looking For A Back Office Executive To Maintain Accounts Data, Handle Excel Data Entry, And Manage Entries In Software. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel And Billing Software, With Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Data Management. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Tally

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
