Esponsibilities:* Build And Manage Relationships With Clients While Offering A Wide Range Of Financial Solutions.* Collaborate With A Service Team Comprising A Product Specialist (E.G., Investment Specialist Or Business Banking Specialist) And A Client Service Manager.* Deliver Exceptional Customer Services While Meeting Performance.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
