The Virtual Relationship Manager (Vrm) Is Responsible For Managing The Complete Financial Needs Of Customers, Acting As Their Single Point Of Contact For The Bank. * Shift: Day Shift (9:30 Am To 6:30 Pm)* Working Days: 6 Days Per Week All Sundays And Government-Approved Holidays Are Off.

Salary

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, KYC, Compliance, Customer acquisition
• Good English

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
