Respond To Customer Queries And Provide Accurate Information. Resolve Complaints And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Maintain Records Of Customer Interactions And Follow-Ups. Coordinate With Internal Teams To Address Customer Concerns. Meet Service Quality And Response Time Targets. Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
