The Role Also Involves Guiding Newly Hired Delivery Staff Regarding Their Duties And Responsibilities. Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

As a Bpo Executive, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹7,500 – ₹10,000 per month.
