Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Basic English

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
