What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
