Assistant Project Manager

Sustainable Energy Solutions (Ses) is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Alkapuri, Vadodara. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Proactive And Detail-Oriented Project Engineer To Join Our Team In Vadodara. The Ideal Candidate Should Have 1-3 Years Of Experience In Project Execution And Coordination. Candidates With Experience In The Solar Industry Will Be Preferred; However, Applicants From Other Engineering Industries With Relevant Project Management Ex. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
• You'll carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records.
• You'll run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms.
• Support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Preventive maintenance, Machine operation, Safety norms, Quality control
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
