Your Main Job Is To Call Potential Customers, Explain Products, Benefits, Handle Queries, And Convert Leads Into Sales While Maintaining Daily Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound, Sales, Domestic | Languages : Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
