Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Officer, your work will include:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹11,095 – ₹13,500 per month, based on skills and experience.
