Svasti Microfinance Pvt.Ltd wants to bring on a Customer Relationship Officer for its Alambagh, Lucknow team. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Local market knowledge, CRM, Lead generation, Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and self-motivated

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹11,500 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
