Svc Associates has an opening for a Collection Telecaller based in Nungambakkam, Chennai. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu, English, Tamil
• You are detail-oriented and trustworthy

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
