Welcome And Assist Patients And Clients, Manage Appointments And Phone Calls, Maintain Patient/Client Records, Coordinate With Doctors And Therapists, Handle Billing And Basic Queries, Maintain Reception Area And Ensure Smooth Patient/Client Flow. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude
