Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks
