The Customer Service Coordinator Is Responsible For Managing Customer Interactions, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Queries, And Coordinating With Internal Departments Such As Operations, Logistics, And Accounts To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Verbal communication and Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A polite, customer-first attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
