Handling E Mail, Courier, Dispatch Status, Letters Drafting, All Computer Related Works,Arrange Travel Accommodations,Perform Administrative Tasks. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
