Sweet Home Realty wants to bring on a Business Development Officer for its Vijayanagar, Bengaluru team. The team is filling 10 vacancies. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, CRM, Lead generation and Presentation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and target-driven

Day-to-day work

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
