Sweet Home Realty is looking for a Business Development Officer to join its team in Vijayanagar, Bengaluru. There are 5 open positions. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Who can apply

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Target achievement and Negotiation
• Good English

• A confident, persuasive attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
